Meeting the Needs of Your Changing Community! – Medina

We will take a hard look at social equity through diversity and inclusion by starting at the agency level and examining diversity within our own agencies and finding ways to improve culture in the workplace. Then we will examine the communities we serve and strategize for attracting a wide variety of participants while offering them a safe, healthy and respectful environment in which to thrive. Two proven types of diversity training will be utilized; perspective taking and goal setting. Be prepared to challenge yourself as we have open dialogue, stimulating activities and thought provoking ideas.
