Brandstetter Carroll Inc. (BCI) is a firm of architects, engineers, landscape architects, and planners founded in 1979 with the express purpose of providing professional design services to public sector clients. Since the firm's inception, BCI has grown to include a staff of nearly 60 and maintains offices in Lexington, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, and Charleston. The firm's in-house services include architecture, civil engineering, transportation engineering, landscape architecture, park and recreation system planning.
