Because of the strong support of partners from around the state, both of our 2025 Conference Exhibit Halls are SOLD OUT. However, your company may still be able to secure space! We have opened a waiting list for companies who still wish to secure a booth at this can’t miss event. Every year, we have spaces open up as companies cancel their booth reservations. Priority on the waiting list is given to companies who are Conference Partners. A few partnership opportunities remain available, to learn more, visit the partnership page or give us a call at (614) 895-2222.

Booth Information

  • Payment must be received to secure exhibit space. Payment must be received by OPRA before exhibitors are allowed on the trade show floor.
  • Booths are assigned by total Conference investment and then in the order that the contract is received.  Any company with a total investment over $3,000 will be able to choose their booth location.  All other exhibitors will be placed by OPRA staff.
  • Booth assignments will begin in October 2024.
  • No refunds will be given.  Click here for more information.
  • Booth personnel registration will begin in November 2024.

10' x 10' Booths in the Kilimanjaro Exhibit Hall and the Zambezi Exhibit Hall receive the following:

  • One skirted 8’ table
  • 2 chairs
  • carpet
  • 120 Volt electric (on request)
  • 4 badges (per booth)
  • OPRA Corporate Membership
  • Option to purchase additional booths for $750 each (Kilimanjaro); $500 each (Zambezi)

Non-Profit Tables in the Kilimanjaro Exhibit Hall receive the following:

  • One skirted 8’ table
  • 2 chairs
  • carpet
  • 120 Volt electric (on request)
  • 2 badges
