2025 OPRA Regional Training: Building Culture with Appreciation and Advanced Leadership Skills - Dublin

This two-part session will focus on the importance of a positive workplace culture and the tremendous benefit it can have on performance, recruitment, and retention of leaders and staff. All too often, the culture of an organization focuses on the negative aspects of daily interactions and outcomes. Our morning session will provide the antidote – methods and strategies to drive positivity throughout your organization. A must for those leaders wishing to create a dynamic team and culture of appreciation.

We will also explore the role of leaders in inspiring people to grow as professionals and as human beings. Leaders set a strategic course and build a team that is self-assured and equipped to achieve the collective strategic vision. Our afternoon session will describe the difference between management and leadership and focus on building advanced leadership skills.
